Julie Russell Bookkeeping has been operating in and around the North Shore and Auckland since 2006, and has clients ranging from one-man-bands to global firms; from Interior Designers to magazine publishers. We were one of Xero's first 100 customers, and have been Xero-exclusive since 2008. We were proud to be given Gold Partner status in Dec 2014, one of only 6 Bookkeeping firms in the country at the time to achieve this.
We are a founding member of the New Zealand Bookkeepers Association and we are active in local business networking groups.

Why do we do what we do?
Because no-one went into business because they liked doing the paperwork.
You started your own business because you were passionate about selling something you believed in, or had something you thought everyone needed, or just had to have. From windows to magazines, yoga classes to websites.
But what about the paperwork - all those bills, payruns, invoices, and GST Returns? No-one told you about that bit...
We see far too many business owners doing the books late at night, and struggling with stuff they just dont know enough about, so mistakes are made, and owners dont actually know what is going on financially.
